Chris Paul: Trump isn't 'man enough' to call athletes 'son of a b----' to their face

The president has far more important things to do than spew about this matter. All he ever wants to do is earn points with his base, in the meantime his approval among other republicans continues to sink.

Obama had better things to do than attack Boston police and claim Trayvon could be his son too. Where you as upset about those instances?

"At a rally supporting Alabama Senate candidate Luther Strange (R) on Friday, Trump called on NFL owners to fire players for taking a knee during the national anthem.

Trump also said NFL owners should fire players if they refuse to stand during the national anthem."

How crass and boorish can the man get, calling a player who exercised his right to free speech an SOB. He's pushing for a police state in this country.

That's right; you only support crass, boorishness and police state tactics when their your crass police state boors. Lying hypocrite.

The President saying players should be fired isn't the right side of it. He's doing more harm than good.

How so; by enabling the FAKE media to turn it into an overblown issue emotional unstable liberals can parrot endlessly on political forums and boring CNN/MSNBC programming?

really?.....he's got all the liberals whining and peeing in their pants and his supporters are saying "Hot Dayummm!".....you think that's harm?.....

I'm trying to umderstand what trump thinks he's gaining by going after athletes. I'll assume people smarter than me know but I can't see what people who weren't for him before are now after this

It is what he has always done, the attention whore syndrome........

He doesn't give a shit about the flag, or anyone other than himself & perhaps his family.....

SImply red meat for his base............

It will be interesting to see if the fans of the dirty pick him over their own sports teams....

IMHO that will be the ultimate test.......

I agree that he should stay out of it.

But he at least is weighing in on the right side of it, politically and otherwise.

If you don't think he should be sticking his nose in it, how in the world can he be on a right side?? Go to any lengths to excuse the fool much???

The "right" side of this issue is free speech. Its really none of his business.

It's ironic - even hilarious! - that members of the political ideology who worship the Confederate States of America, are always bellowing about "Second Amendment solutions", and were wailing about having an armed insurrection if Hillary Clinton won the presidency, are questioning the patriotism of others.

It's comedy gold, I tell ya!

McCain is a white male republican and look what he said about him. Dude is clearly not afraid to go after any and everyone.

go after........ As he hides behind his handlers & guards........ Two bit coward, nothing more....... Oh, my bad, he played a tough guy from queens on tv...

Let me go out on a limb and say you defended the prior fool for weighing in on Trayvon and the Boston cop affair. Of course you did, so spare the outrage.

Trump should have stayed out of it, but, when millions of viewers starting changing the channel on account of this, the NFL will find out Trump was on the right side of the issue.

Obama never used profanity to call out an individual in public. And certainly not as far as Trayvon and the Boston cop.

I have never meet anyone that said they were going to not watch NFL because they thought some player was a fool........... You obviously are not a fan of the game/s

The NFL is having lots of issues for years/building for years & to say this is the reason is pure PROJECTION!!!
