Biden follows what the CDC and the medics tell him. That is why he is lifting the mandates. Covid is at low levels. That is why he lifted them. This is not election season yet.
Doctors prescribe it when it is used for what it should be used. They monitor it. The patients do not run to animal vet stores to buy copious supplies and self-administer especially in huge dosages.
I suppose you cannot understand the difference.
