A few thousand in Florida alone is the current estimate. Not just measles, but other communicable, preventable diseases.

There're also the increased medical costs for hospitalizations and, for some, funerals.

The Samoan measles outbreak that Kennedy caused killed at least 83 people, almost all children. Florida has 114 times the population of Samoa, so, yes, we can expect thousands or even tens of thousands of dead children in Florida.
