If you box them in with vehicles, it is reasonable for them to believe they are being ambushed and that the situation could turn deadly, and it is reasonable for them to use force based on those conditions. Do not box in any law enforcement officer. You are breaking the law when you do that, and you are putting yourself in danger by following law enforcement agents around.”

Good on him. He is being honest and standing for what is right. He should be commended for speaking the truth.
 
ICE officers carry badges and credentials and must identify themselves when required for public safety or legal necessity

Wearing masks that hide their identity is illegal.
