I Iove how conspiracy theorists believe the government can't keep secret the fact the Clinton was getting his dick sucked by an intern, but it can be kept quiet that "they" have been crop-dusting the country for decades with chemicals and "they" can keep quiet a huge plot to steal an election.

The problem there is that cloud seeding is pretty rare, the companies doing it known, the chemicals involved likewise are known. Cloud seeding also isn't exactly cheap to do so it isn't done that much. Even where it is done, the aircraft are visible to observers and their flight path(s) can be tracked.

So, the idea that some government agency is widely spreading some chemical(s) in the atmosphere is an absurdity.
