I'd be lying if I said that I have never considered sneaking into the men's restroom when I really need to go and the line for the women's bathroom is out the door, but I'm not a guy and so I wait patiently in line. I have used the companion restroom in a pinch though. I personally don't like the idea and would be uncomfortable.
