What’s interesting about Kirk is that he was hardcore MAGA, yet still claimed to want debate and discussion with people he disagreed with. That alone seems like it would fail the purity test for the truly tribal.

Good morning ILA. Speaking of ROFLMAO, that's my reaction to keyboard warriors like yourself speaking about fortitude.

I recall years ago a discussion about Senate races and you wouldn't state who you were voting for because you were afraid to say where you lived. I grew and went to school in Oakland, CA. I can't even begin to speak to how liberal where I went to school was. The voting demographics in the City haven't changed, it's about 5% Republican.

Yet here I am, a lifelong Republican. If I was concerned about being liked by the left, I would never have held the views I do for as long as I have.

So thanks for the laugh, ILA. Internet tough guys are the best.

If I thought that highly of myself, I’d have better things to do than argue with an anonymous tough guy on a message board.

There were definitely things I agreed with him on. I didn’t agree with others, including his views on race and other provocative things he said.

It’s interesting that many of his supporters, even in their tributes, said they didn’t agree with him on everything. In your fortitude world and purity test there’s no room for that, is there?

The three-word phrase says it all. Cowardly pieces of shit who never served or swore an oath and then violated have no idea what it means for those on the front lines to go to war. Not just the risk of life and limb, but the attitude it takes to do it. The mindset to kill people. Easy to say, harder to do.
