Charges against Baldwin dropped due to a complete lack of evidence

Drunk drivers know they shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car but they do it anyway. Baldwin didn't expect the gun to fire after he was told it was safe.

That's not the issue , you moron. Why did he point the gun and pull the trigger at someone who was not in the movie??? That was extremely negligent and that makes this manslaughter at the least.

Pointing a gun he believed was unloaded was stupid and he should have checked it himself. Was the person who was in charge of the gun prosecuted for anything?

if the person that did this was NOT a celebrity of sorts, the left here would be blathering on about irresponsible gun owners and how nobody should have guns........

Oh, so you think Baldwin should suffer no legal consequences from reckless use of a firearm hum? Yet, if I recall correctly, you are for banning assault rifles and other firearms, etc...

I think that people who accidentally injure/harm someone should have their situation evaluated and judged on the circumstances, rather than having distant morons call for their incarceration or execution because they don't like who they have portrayed on comedy skits.

You don't recall correctly, but that's typical for your kind.

He pointed it at the direction of the camera, which makes a shooter look scary to the audience. They were filming a movie, Cletus. The cinematographer was behind that camera, and was hit.

Why are you so stupid?

The weapons lady is still charged with involuntary manslaughter. She was in charge of making sure all firearms used on the set were safe.

I think the nurse secretly smacks him in the head.

Alec Baldwin is above the law.!!! CHARGES DISMISSED!!!

This is pure corruption. He pointed the gun and pulled the trigger at someone who was NOT in the movie. That is super-negligent and that makes him guilty of manslaughter. Whether or not someone told him it was a safe gun is irrelevant.

If someone hands me a gun, the FIRST thing I do is check to see what condition it's in. Is it loaded? Is the safety on or off? That sort of thing. I never, NEVER rely on what someone else says about the condition of that weapon. That was Baldwin's mistake and he should pay for it.

It is clear you have never done much, if anything, with firearms.

Have you worked on movie sets previously?

It actually has quite a bit to do w/ the safe handling of firearms on a movie set.

If each person that handles the firearm, checks its condition personally accidents like this would be far fewer. Relying on another person to tell you the condition of the weapon is asking for disaster.
