Character is about what you do when no one is watching. - Biden talking to a homeless

You have minimal understanding of what civilisation is, blowhard.
Sure I do, and it has absolutely nothing to do with goat worship. ;)

You environuts fight civilization at every turn.

Now stop disturbing the environment and get your scrawny ass back to the caves.

Biden's a good man.
But President Carter is proof a good man may not necessarily be a very good president.
I thought Biden was too old to run for President in 2016.
He's not gettin' any younger.

There was more than one thread here just on this site since I've been here, calling Biden a molester. The "proof" was various photos and videos of him touching kids. Every single one was, of course, in public with dozens of other ppl around. In some the kids looked uncomfortable but it was impossible to determine whether that was from the situation of being forced to dress up and play nice in an unfamiliar place, or because some kindly gent had his hand on their shoulders.

Again, anyone who sees something evil in that should probably be examining their own critical thinking skills and asking why it's so important to believe that Biden is a molester. My opinion is that they're afraid.... that if he runs, he'll win.

You would be actually amazed at how often unscrupulous message board posters will make false, unsubstantiated, and scurrilous accusations. Some losers build entire message board careers around it!!

I really think you can judge a person by how they treat animals, children, the homeless, the innocent and the powerless.

To me, that's what this photo of Biden speaks to. It's not that he is doing anything truly amazing, or that he is donating a million dollars to a charity. It speaks to the intangibles of simple human decency and dignity.

Like Obama, Biden is a fundamentally decent human being. It says something ugly about those who would claim that he is a monster, and who would share "info" purporting to prove that with publicly-taken and publicly-available photos. I expect no less from some of the vile creatures that inhabit this forum, but thought better of Stretch, at least. Oh well, disappointment is a fact of life.

I hope for the sake of our country that the next POTUS will once again be a decent person with class, dignitas, and integrity.

Biden 75, Trump 71. Trump is not getting younger and he is fat and out of shape.

For a Cro-Magnon you can type pretty good. Sad about the absence of content though.

Dandy, but that addresses physical appearance (about which you may be correct). My comment was intended to address:
"class, dignitas, and integrity." TW #65
Commenting on Pence e #71 added:
"he worked with the Russians to FIX the election"
Did he break the law?
Has he violated a standard of ethic?
"By what standard?" C #72
It's in the topic title: character.

note:
The word "dignitas" does not appear in my dictionary.
I deduce it is a Palenesque * meld of "dignity" & "gavitas". I appreciate the creativity.

* "refudiate" Gov. Palin

"Dignitas" is a Latin term once used in ancient Rome to describe the sum total of a person's public persona or being. It was a treasured intangible possession, and carefully taught to the heirs of the household.

CSPAN does some long interviews. I watched when they talked to Biden. He was on for hours. He was very impressive. His knowledge of history and the senate was deep. He is a real solid and intelligent guy.. Not like Trump at all.
