Sometimes it makes me think I should have faked those credentials for a better position in my younger days.
Instead, I climbed the "corporate ladder" by learning from those who knew more than me. Once I made it to
the "top" (a manager's position), I found out how uneducated those who "earned"? those papers were when
I interviewed them.

What a concept, right? Values, ethics, and morals just don't seem to be important too so many people these days.... You wouldn't be surprised that far too many people who gold Top administrative positions in schools are the ones who were just terrible teachers or hated it... So they just Picked up a couple of classes and a random degree... And that's who's in charge.. Our educational system is so screwed up.... And that's why i'm so happy to see changes taking place...
