I wonder what the reason was. I feel for his family regardless. It isn't like he was the guy that got the company there, he took over after the stink had hit every fan manufactured after the 1930s.

He was there for a long time... my guess is he knew about the increased risk they were taking with Clintons Fair Lending Act .... you know that risk that Barney Frank said wasn't a problem.... ALL IS WELL.....ALL IS WELL....
