Census Question: The real question is, Who removed it !!!

Question 13 from the 2000 census was this
Is this person a CITIZEN of the United States?
We've always had this question I remember answering this question for at least 3 census up until 2010

It's been a question on the census for many of them. Why the Democrats are bellyaching about it now is only showing their agenda to destroying the country and inviting fraud.

And Title 13 allows for that. It does NOT allow for the use of census data to finger and identify individuals because of their census returns.

Asking what? Whether you are a citizen? No. There is no harm in asking that. Title 13 clearly specifies you cannot use the data to persecute someone if they answer yes or no to that question.
