To get an idea of how ridiculous it is, put yourself in the position of an HIV positive individual. You're diagnosed with a serious illness and you're REALLY going to worry about someone else's attitude to the extent you refuse treatment? If someone does that, that's on them as far as I'm concerned. Hell, in this country we're required by law to not discuss patient information anyway. So no one is going to know about it but the patient and those workers who come into contact with them.

Even in the south, lol.
