"CBS News is one of first major media entities to flee Twitter in the wake of threats from many Musk critics to leave the platform once the billionaire Tesla CEO took over the company.

The major news network confirmed the move during Friday’s episode of "CBS Evening News with Norah O’Donnell."

Well, there are plenty of other news platforms out there. I just use the MSN newsfeed on my browser. I've never use Twitter to get my news. I just use it to taunt Don Jr. and Ted Cruz - oh! And now, Tulsi Gabbard!
 
I have seen a lot of people on Twitter telling Musk to keep going, dont worry about the advertisers.....if Twitter is where the action is, is where the eyeballs are, then the advertisers will be back......they cant help themselves.

I also heard Heather say yesterday that she is finding Twitter very useful as a news site, that if she looks at the right people she tends to hear news on Twitter before anywhere else. I have had the same experience.
