CBO Report for Trump's proposed AHA

It isn't Trumps plan. It is Ryan's.

Trump should run from it. It is a horrible plan.


This is why the GOP sucks. They can't even handle the mandate they are given. Ryan is the enemy and should be treated as such

The choice was get insurance or pay the penalty. Not buying insurance is the choice to make health care that .001% shittier for everyone.
 
Yeah - this is the new thing. The CBO is always wrong.

Add that to Trump and his blind followers discrediting the press, our intelligence community & everyone else.

In order for Trump to be telling the truth, pretty much everyone else is lying or wrong. And this will be the repetitive pattern for the next 4 years.

Oh wait, the republican bill doesn't get rid of it at all .. it gives huge tax breaks to the rich and makes it worse for everybody else.

.. but it's such a 'disaster.'

When the CBO rated ACA, the House had not removed key funding programs. You don't get to make claims about correct estimates, after changing the law.

The fine was implemented as a tax! So, every year when I do my taxes. Cha-Ching...I have to pay the Gubment Plantation (which I've never resided on in my entire life) all the "premium" bucks for the plan I never wanted or used. Don't you get what this abomination was all about? Again, people had no choice!

Um....no. That's not true at all. You might get a few here to believe that, but most of us don't. Know why? Because if you spent the same money on penalties, you'd do better to just buy insurance.

penalty for 2016 =$695 or 2.5% of income
 
i am completely reluctant to say anything firm about any of this as it never works out the way it's supposed to.

I AM convinced if it's not going to be single pay,it's not workable long run
