Interesting, Counselor.
What does Florida law say about an 18-year old who has consensual sex with a 14-year old?
Again, law is one thing, morality and psychology is another.

And if one is underage?
Should they be allowed to keep a tax exemption if they violate civil rights?
Read the 1st amendment.....
Read the 1st amendment.....
If one is underage it would be illegal.
Interesting question.
Does committing a theft make one a thief?
The First does not prohibit taxation of religious institutions. In fact an argument can be made that if the Fed taxes anyone, they cant give religious institutions special treatment simply for being religious institutions.
A homo act is not the only requirement to defines a homosexual.....a homo must meet the requirement of being attracted to only the same sex as the homo. Stealing is the only requirement needed to define a thief.
Would the act be accurately described as "homosexual" if both participants were of the same sex, Counselor?
So if a gay man molests a boy, he is a homosexual, but the boy is not?
I did not say your statement was inaccurate, I said part of it was irrelevant to the discussion. Now, you have gone forward with an effort to try to prove it was true.
True and relevant are two different things. Look it up.

Is there any authoritative source whose opinion you'd take under consideration? This is a serious question, I'm not being snarky.
"Another problem related to terminology arises because sexual abuse of male children by adult men[SUP]2[/SUP] is often referred to as "homosexual molestation." The adjective "homosexual" (or "heterosexual" when a man abuses a female child) refers to the victim's gender in relation to that of the perpetrator. Unfortunately, people sometimes mistakenly interpret it as referring to the perpetrator's sexual orientation.
As an expert panel of researchers convened by the National Academy of Sciences noted in a 1993 report: "The distinction between homosexual and heterosexual child molesters relies on the premise that male molesters of male victims are homosexual in orientation. Most molesters of boys do not report sexual interest in adult men, however" (National Research Council, 1993, p. 143, citation omitted).
To avoid this confusion, it is preferable to refer to men's sexual abuse of boys with the more accurate label of male-male molestation. Similarly, it is preferable to refer to men's abuse of girls as male-female molestation. These labels are more accurate because they describe the sex of the individuals involved but don't implicitly convey unwarranted assumptions about the perpetrator's sexual orientation."

you stipulated he is a gay man to start, then of course he is a homosexual.
They are acceptable to me. But I suppose it is possible that ILA is stimulated by looking at 7 year old girls. I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt. If you do not, that is entirely up to you?
I'm establishing precedent, Counselor.
Lol, you'll get no argument from me, I don't think religious organizations should be tax-exempt.
