As the reader can see, Moon is not too bright. Asking for a section were babbling buffoons like Moon and Dippy can go and vent their animosity without cluttering up threads geared for rational discussion is a hopeful request...and option. Saves time and effort for everyone. This is why we have an ignore and block options on this site (and others)...so when people are identified as racist, sexist, political trolls or are just interested in flame wars, others can opt not to see them or deal with them or have them clutter up threads.

True censorship would keep Moon from appearing anywhere on this site....period.
