Never said they were, she is expressing concern over the security/safety of the facilities, as was the world when Russia moved into Chernobyl area

Point being that these facilities are not biological weapons labs, as Russia, and Tucker are portraying, Carlson is just promoting the Russian line

it was pointed out they could be used to weaponize pathogens into bioweapons -true

They were supposed to have destroyed the Soviet era stock and did not
Research is still being done
