Capitalists have literally poisoned almost everybody on earth. Here how they did it;

I have never in my decades of talking to republicans had ONE answer that question

Because they can’t

Because unfettered capitalism is a stupid fucking losers idea
Like the old saying that "a liberal is a conservative who has never been mugged", an "unfettered capitalism proponent is a regulated capitalism proponent who has never been victimized by a snake oil salesman."

The law attempts to prevent the artificial raising of prices by restriction of trade or supply.[2] "Innocent monopoly", or monopoly achieved solely by merit, is legal, but acts by a monopolist to artificially preserve that status, or nefarious dealings to create a monopoly, are not. The purpose of the Sherman Act is not to protect competitors from harm from legitimately successful businesses, nor to prevent businesses from gaining honest profits from consumers, but rather to preserve a competitive marketplace to protect consumers from abuses.[3]

Dear fucking idiot

At one point in human history there were NO KINGS idiot

Fuck you very much

At what point in human history were there no kings? Monarchy (socialism) has been the default form of gov't since humans started forming tribes.

At the time, public hostility was growing toward large corporations like Standard Oil and the American Railway Union, which were seen as unfairly monopolizing certain industries. Consumers felt they were hit with exorbitantly high prices on essential goods, while competitors found themselves shut out because of deliberate attempts by large corporations to keep other enterprises out of the market.

The Dormant Commerce Clause, or Negative Commerce Clause, in American constitutional law, is a legal doctrine that courts in the United States have inferred from the Commerce Clause in Article I of the US Constitution.[1] The primary focus of the doctrine is barring state protectionism. The Dormant Commerce Clause is used to prohibit state legislation that discriminates against, or unduly burdens, interstate or international commerce. Courts first determine whether a state regulation discriminates on its face against interstate commerce or whether it has the purpose or effect of discriminating against interstate commerce. If the statute is discriminatory, the state has the burden to justify both the local benefits flowing from the statute and to show the state has no other means of advancing the legitimate local purpose.

The states were doing it

So the commerce clause said the Feds could tell them wether their fettering was too much for the feds approval idiot

That is all fettering shit brick

How Is a Capitalist System Different Than a Free Market System?

Fact checked by JARED ECKER
A capitalist economy and a free market economy are two types of economic systems. The two terms are often used interchangeably because they have overlapping qualities. Capitalist and free-market systems spring from the same economic soil, so to speak: the law of supply and demand, which becomes the basis to determine the price and production of goods and services.

What Is a Free Market?
The free market is an economic system based on supply and demand with little or no government control. It is a summary description of all voluntary exchanges that take place in a given economic environment. Free markets are characterized by a spontaneous and decentralized order of arrangements through which individuals make economic decisions.

Based on its political and legal rules, a country's free market economy may range between very large or entirely illegal.

Stop listening to MSNBC, evince. No, they don't as I've proved to you before and shown below.

FWIW, I support regulated capitalism to protect the rights of individuals. Example: companies selling HCQ as a COVID cure would be subject to penalties or criminal prosecution for any harm they cause.

Additionally, some LP items are idealistic and not practical. Regardless, I prefer their policies over the Democratic "controlled economy" philosophy. :)

2.0 ECONOMIC LIBERTY
Libertarians want all members of society to have abundant opportunities to achieve economic success. A free and competitive market allocates resources in the most efficient manner. Each person has the right to offer goods and services to others on the free market. The only proper role of government in the economic realm is to protect property rights, adjudicate disputes, and provide a legal framework in which voluntary trade is protected. All efforts by government to redistribute wealth, or to control or manage trade, are improper in a free society....

It only applies to State legislation. It bans socialism not capitalism.

:palm:

Libertarians want small Federal gov't, not NO gov't.

As a libertarian I am good with breaking up monopolies like Facebook and Google.

Everyone has unalienable rights.

Not all the time. Sometimes, yes.

That's because it's the Democrats and Republicans who run things, evince. Libertarians are on the sidelines.

I didn't know I'd been poisoned until I watched this movie. Here's how the profiteering corporations did it- and got away with it;

You probably didn't know that you've been poisoned until you read this thread.

Unfortunately, there are laws against shoving non-stick frying pans up collective corporate asses.

Point of order, Corporatists are not necessarily capitalists.
