2% growth, while not record breaking, is INFINITELY PREFERABLE to the total lack of growth the country experienced under Dubya's failed policies.

That does seem to be the case. I doubt he comes back. If he does, his spin on how saying something is a tragedy is not condemning it should be good for a laugh.
