Can the federal government force you to buy auto insurance?

This goes to show your awareness quite well Mr. Legend. Congress CAN'T repeal it. Repeal would never pass the senate, and if it could Obama would veto it anyway. Typical rethugs, wasting precious time on a doomed repeal instead of working on the economy. What a joke you all are.

It will be repealed by the 113th Congress in January, 2012. IF the SCOTUS hasn't already ruled it unconstitutional. By then, much of the funding for implementation of various aspects, are going to be picked apart like buzzards on a carcass. This whole thing is doomed, and the sooner you dopes realize it, the better off you'll be.
