I don't see why not.
They have to get out and campaign on the economy, How it is that the Republicans run us into Recessions like Bush did and that was almost a depression and it was a DEM , Obama that got us out of it, and it is the DEMS that get us out of those recessions, and how it is the Republicans who are the ones that have run up the debt.
And how it is a fact that the economy always does better under a DEM then it does a Republican,
Heck just point out how Obama left Trump with a growing , good economy and Trump fucked it up in his first term.

And about the debt, it IS the republicans that run it up. Reagan almost TRIPLED it when he was in , Bush doubled it , and YES Obama ran it up getting us out of the recession / almost depression Bush left him to a tune of about 8 Trillion in 8 years and in his first term , 4 years, Trump ran it up almost as much as Obama did , and what has Trump run it up so far since he has been back in 2.7 Trillion or so?
