I can't see Biden ever doing this, possibly he would even criticize the journalists for calling for it..........but Harris would probably be all for it as well as the squad. Personally, I hope the democrats promote this. It's time to get the war on.

There's precedent for it. The first Democratic president ignored the Supreme Court. I guess that means it is Roberts approved.

Honestly, it sounds like another FoxNews "people are saying..." piece. They have nothing backing them up, and are meaningless. Biden is a very moral/legal person, and I doubt he is even considering going against the Supreme Court.

The only real issue I see here is that Thomas lied about his wife's involvement. trump tried to block access to the white houses communication on the day of the riot. Thomas was asked to recuse himself, because there were pictures of his wife at the event. He and his wife lied and said those pictures were not her. Thomas was the only Supreme Court Justice to rule to hide the evidence that ended up exposing his wife's involvement.

Thomas cannot be the judge deciding his own wife's case. This is an insane conflict of interest. If Congress was not so partisan, Thomas would be impeached, and removed.

How can any unelected judicial body be representative of the people ? Sticking ' We, the people ' at the top of the Constitution doesn't cut it.

What is the point of a ' democracy ' with unelected rulers sitting atop the heap ?

Even worse, these unelected rulers are required to adhere to a set of rules drawn up by a bunch of scandalous slave-owners in the 18th century, one of whom wanted a Prussian Prince to be crowned ' King of America '

This is the spurious collective known as ' Supreme ' ?
