First to go; tax breaks to those who are perceived to be privileged and wealthy and, according to the Democratic Party of the Jackass, not needing them.
This will be the first of many tax increases Californians will be seeing. With a super majority and the Governorship, there is NOTHING anyone can do to stop them. The sad part is that the Democratic Party of the Jackass cannot see this as destroying jobs and growth. That is because they are the party of dependency and one that believes that average Americans are just too stupid to be able to survive without there massive intrusions into our lives, regulation and job killing taxes so that they can BUY the votes of the uneducated, the stupid and greedy.
Proposed ballot measure would cut California's inherited property tax breaks
Sen. Jerry Hill (D-San Mateo) is introducing a ballot measure to require children who receive the state’s property inheritance tax break to live in their parents’ homes. Doing so would rein in what Hill called “abuses” of a policy established more than three decades ago designed to help children retain ownership of family property.
“People, I think, are taking advantage and gaming the system,” Hill said.

Isn't that what they all say? The rich are taking advantage of the system. After all, it is Governments money and we all should just be thankful for that which they allow us to keep, right?
