California's public utilities commission is proposing a $300 to $600 annual tax on residential solar power systems. Note, that in California, all new homes are mandated by law to have a solar power array installed on them. The commission generously would give current system users 15 years (or until you sell your home) waver of the tax. How generous of them...
So, the government is going to force homeowners to buy a solar panel system then tax them for the privilege of having solar panels...
