The KKK or Aryan brotherhood is all about racism. The Big Hazard gang is all about drugs. Are the firebombings by one race, targeting another race, hate crimes? For sure they are, by definition. But, if you equate gang violence with pure racial hatred violence, you are sadly ignoring reality for partisan political points. It is neither snide nor wrong of christiefan to point out the absurdity of your assumption that racial hatred and drug gang territorial protectionism are equivalent. She wasn't laughing at the firebombings as you implied, she was laughing at your assumption that racist groups and drug gangs are equally motivated by racism.

Let me simplify it for you, Seahawk. Skinheads are Republicans. Latinos are generally Democrats. Blacks are overwhelmingly Democrats. So, Aryan violence against Blacks is Republican on Democrat violence. Latino drug gang violence against Blacks is Democrat on Democrat violence. When you try to use these horrible crimes to justify your accusation that liberals are uncaring, unAmerican dolts, it is you that needs to step back and see the forest for the trees. The media is largely ignoring this news story, but, I don't see it on either MSNBC or Fox news, for that matter.

Because it doesn't fit the narrative.

If a white drug gang was targeting a black drug gang, the media would work the race angle and the drugs would be secondary. The media ignores non-white on non-white violence generally.

Or do you know how many blacks were shot and killed by other blacks or Hispanics in Chicago over the last several days? I bet you know exactly how many blacks were killed by white cops over the same time frame.
