It can induce pneumonia. Pneumonia is dangerous, but it can be treated if detected early. Beyond that, treatment options drop off rapidly. Pneumonia certainly CAN kill.

Remember the CDC simply reports numbers the States give it. They are PAID to report high numbers of covid19 'deaths'.
