Why bring up Bush.....he never expanded the Patriot Act to allow what it does now or abuse it the way its being abused now; to stop anyone

Dude, the "Protect America Act," which authorized this shit, passed in 2007 at the behest of the Bush Administration. (Obama and 20+ other Dems voted against). Bush's NSA then started the program. Pretending Bush had nothing to do with it is laughable.
