PLENTY OF DIESEL FOR PUTIN'S TANKS, NOT SO MUCH FOR AMERICA'S SUPPLY CHAIN - TRUCKS

Looming global diesel shortages are due to loss of Russian supplies leading to ‘systemic shortfall’, say the heads of three of the largest commodity traders — Vitol, Gunvor and Trafigura — , who estimated that as much as 3 million barrels of oil and its products a day have been lost from Russia as a result of sanctimonious sanctions.

The corporate leaders were speaking at the Financial Times Commodities Global Summit in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Torbjorn Tornqvist, co-founder and chair of Geneva-headquartered Gunvor Group, said: “Diesel is not just a European problem, this is a global problem. It really is.”

Amrita Sen, chief oil analyst at Energy Aspects, said “diesel is by far the worst affected” of the oil products because bungling Biden imposed sanctimonious sanctions with near record low stocks of oil.

Not even a real war can stop bungling Biden's culture warriors

WHAT IS A WOMAN? I'M NOT A BIOLOGIST. WHAT'S A TORNADO? I'M NOT A METEOROLOGIST

Has the war in Ukraine made DEMOCRATS rethink our priorities? That’s the claim made by Renee DiResta in the Atlantic magazine this week. According to the lefty researcher at the Stanford Internet Observatory, the Ukraine crisis “briefly put America’s culture war in perspective.”

Because “when something real happened, Americans found a way to pay attention.”

You may recognize that argument. We heard it two years ago, at the start of the scamdemic. As DEMOCRATS were locking down and telling us we faced a much deadlier virus than COVID turned out to be, some deluded DEMOCRATS said a similar thing. Now that we have a "real crisis" all the culture wars will die down, they said.

Yet no such thing happened. After the briefest of pauses to concentrate on spreading their politically-motivated plandemic panic, DEMOCRAT culture wars were back up and running.

Almost immediately DEMOCRAT hactivists claimed that "women" were bearing the brunt of the COVID crisis. When the stats showed that more men than women were actually dying, the same lying voices hardly paused for breath. The men may be doing the dying, they sometimes conceded, but women were suffering in some deeper, longer-lasting, way.

So it was with the endless race-baiting. The Atlantic magazine contributed to this, giving space to America’s “anti-racist” racist-in-chief, Ibram X Kendi.

There, barely a month into the scamdemic, Kendi was claiming that “The coronavirus is exposing our racial divides.” He and others argued that more black people were dying of COVID than white people and that the only explanation must be systemic racism. Which is his only explanation for everything. When some brave souls dared to point out that there might be other ways to read the stats, Kendi fired back (again in The Atlantic) that “Black people are not to blame for dying of COVID-19.” While precisely no one had actually said that they were.

And then of course we had the summer of George Floyd, where medical professionals said that although we couldn’t meet our loved ones, violent rioters were allowed to take to the streets in their thousands and set light to American cities because “racism” was “the real pandemic.”

As it was two long years ago, so it is now. Russian tanks may have rolled into Ukraine. Cities may be being shelled and refugees spilling from the country in their millions.

But there is no reason why this would still the modern West’s bizarre obsessions. Why would Russian tanks stop the gender wars, for instance? There is no way to avoid them. It would need much more than a thermobaric bomb a couple of continents away to stop such obsessives.

The Folly Of Sending Weapons To Ukraine

explosion-explode.gif

When discussing the latest headline that has captured the world’s attention in lieu of our next Covid surge, there are two universal truths we should all be able to agree on.

They are as follows:

  1. War is bad
  2. Nuclear war is worse.

Given those two obvious facts, it seems like the impetus of global diplomatic policy should be devoted to avoiding war, and, if war cannot be avoided, to avoiding nuclear war at all costs.

Heterosexual humans do, after all, normally have an interest in propagating the species beyond this month. And call me crazy, but it seems like a more than small obstacle to that could be having all or most of it wiped out in a nuclear winter.

Sadly, avoiding war didn’t seem to be all that much of a priority for the bungling Biden bureaucracy leading up to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, an invasion that could have entirely been avoided had they been willing to make a simple concession demanded by Putin: Ukrainian neutrality and a promise not to let Ukraine join NATO. That was understandable, as much as many hate to admit it.

Sometimes, there are no good choices. It’s awful that Russia invaded Ukraine, and we all should feel for those people and want their suffering to end.

Thus, the only sane position here is one that seeks to end it as soon as possible with no further bloodshed. Anything that prolongs this conflict, including sending more weapons to back a futile effort, is directly causing both soldiers and civilians to die needlessly.

High Heels Zelenskyy has recently signaled a desire to move in the direction of Russia’s demands, which include an enshrinement of neutrality and non-NATO membership, the acknowledgment of Crimea as Russian territory, and the recognition of Donetsk and Lugansk as independent states. He would be wise to meet all of them and end the suffering of his people, and the rest of us would be wise to stay the hell out of it.

All of this crap amounts to a orchestrated pile of trolling crap at projecting the war tRump and his insurrectionist sewer repuke mob had and have going on against Democracy and humanity, and addition to tRump covid-19 war that ended the lives of over 800,000 Americans with global implications too.

Trump's alarming war on democracy

(CNN)By attempting to steal an election, President Donald Trump is waging a war against American democracy. So far, democracy is winning. But the damage he has inflicted on the country will not end with his presidency, and this won't be the last time we see a charismatic politician with dictatorial tendencies attack the US system of government.

That is a danger the United States cannot afford to ignore.
Even after dozens of failed lawsuits, multiple vote recounts, and attacks against election officials who reject Trump's patently false narrative that the election was stolen, the President has refused to concede.
Trump is also leaning on Republicans to act as his accomplices. He has requested to join an absurd lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, asking the Supreme Court to invalidate the ballots of millions of voters in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin. Seventeen GOP states are also coming along in this unseemly charade, while Trump's ally Rep. Mike Johnson of Louisiana has pressured fellow House Republicans to join in on the effort to overturn the outcome of the election."

It was genius. He sent Russia and Putin the real message he wanted to and covered it up by saying it was a mistake. Putin knows what it was about. I guess Biden could not dumb things down to Trumpian levels.

Doesn't matter what "Trumpian(s)" think. Biden said what he said. He's been putting his foot in his mouth since Putin invaded Ukraine. That, Mr. TDS infected fool, is an undeniable fact.

I hope if war starts, they nuke Biden's and Pelosi's house 1st.

NO! Not an option!

Biden's house is too close to me! And it would decimate good farmland.
Pelosi? She probably has a shelter to save her ragged ass. She's rich, ya know...
