Bump stock Bam!

There is legislation going through Parliament now to severely limit the sale of strong acids to the general public. Carrying knives in public can carry a prison sentence.

That's worked so well. I'm sure you'd have equal success banning Muslims who drive vehicles over pedestrians. :palm:

Bump stock Bam! Sounds like Congress will be introducing legislation to ban bump stocks, After one was used in the Las Vegas shooting. Do you agree or disagree should bump Stocks the band?

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Sounds like infringement to me. The government is ours, and we must have access to the same weapons that they have if we are to maintain control over it. Bump stocks and fully automatic machine guns are just a drop in the bucket. ANY gun law is infringement on our 2nd amendment rights. Outlawing any gun or gun part is infringement.

/shrugs......still incredibly stupid to use a Long Range bullet in a firing range......

?

LR = Long rifle, not long range.

The relatively short effective range, low report, and light recoil has made it a favorite for use as a target-practice cartridge.

The .22 LR is the choice for several shooting events: biathlon, bullseye, plus divisions of benchrest shooting, metallic silhouette and pin shooting, most high school, collegiate, Boy Scouts of America, Project Appleseed, 4H shooting events, and many others. It is also used in the precision Rifle and Pistol shooting events at the Olympic Games. Good quality rimfire ammunition can be quite accurate. The main advantages are low cost, low recoil, low noise and high accuracy-to-cost ratio.

long or short refers to the length of the cartridge, which is longer for the purpose of holding more gun powder, with the effect of carrying the slug longer distances....something unnecessary on a range....

The main advantages are low cost, low recoil, low noise and high accuracy-to-cost ratio

as opposed to higher caliber guns.......not as compared to a 22 short.....

That depends at what distance you're placing your targets.

I have several semi-auto .22s and they don't eject properly when the shorts are used.

If somebody brought a weapon into a British hotel, an armed response unit would be sent in double quick time.

Is that so?

Can you cite such a response?

I only found one, (5 years ago) and the Plod was summoned because of drugs.

http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/9998351.UPDATED__Armed_police_find_drugs_and_gun_at_hotel/

It's irrelevant in any case, Britcuck, since our laws differ from those of the tiny Unarmed Kingdom.

Don't come here if you don't like it, and tell yourself you're safer and saner if it helps make you feel better about the sad state of your little island.

Legion, despite your new incarnation as a barrel stroker, it's still the same old bullshit. We all know damn well that you're just an autistic millennial who sits in his mum's basement wearing diapers.

I accept your surrender, and acknowledge the failure of your attempt to project the weak values of the Unarmed Kingdom upon the mighty United States of America, Lord Cornholis.

Only an English man would bring a weapon into a hotel and then announce he had one. :palm:

Lord Cornholis and his jet-setting sons think special detection units should haunt hotels and scan every guest's luggage.

That worked so well in Mumbai.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_Mumbai_attacks

Lord Cornholis and his jet-setting sons have forgotten that he who would trade freedom for a false sense of security has neither.

Why do Britcucks demand that the mighty world-leading USA follow their pitiful example of accepting disarmament and Muslim invasion?

You cracked that pathetic pun before, it doesn't get any funnier. I refer you to the esteemed organ USA Today for a dispassionate analysis.

The gun homicide rate in England and Wales*is about*one for every*1 million people, according to*the*Geneva Declaration of Armed Violence and Development, a multinational organization*based in Switzerland.

In a population of 56*million, that adds up to about 50 to 60*gun killings annually. In the USA, by contrast, there are about 160 times as many gun homicides in a country that is roughly*six times larger in population. There were*8,124 gun homicides*in 2014,*according to the latest FBI figures.
