Bud Light buying back unsold, expired beer from wholesalers as sales continue to suffer: report

Bud Light has reportedly informed wholesalers it would buy back unsold beer once it expires as the company continues to face backlash from its polarizing pact with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.

The Wall Street Journal published a lengthy feature on the company’s struggles after conservatives across America have ditched Bud Light over the saga that began in March when Mulvaney publicized that the beer company sent packs of Bud Light featuring the influencer’s face as a way to celebrate a full year of "girlhood." Backlash was swift, and the promotion is now considered one of the most polarizing in the history of the digital space.

Now it seems parent company Anheuser-Busch is taking steps to help wholesalers who have taken a hit.

"The brewer recently told its wholesalers that it would buy back unsold cases of beer that have gone past their expiration date," the Wall Street Journal report.....

......Compared to a year ago, retail sales of Bud Light in the U.S. were down by 23.6% in the week ending on May 6, surpassing the 23.3% decline the brand saw in the last week of April, according to data from Bump Williams Consulting and NielsenIQ, cited by the New York Post.

Bud's should change it's slogan to "Bud, this beer isn't for you." Dyland Mulvaney is toxic. People do not like his mocking women. Budweiser is now being investigated for marketing their beer to children. Mulvaeny tries to appeal to kids he plays with Barbies and other dolls. It is time that Bud admits their mistake and fire their CEO to see if they care stop the bleeding.

Well, let me cut right through all the BULLSHIT!

The average bottle of Bud light can last up to 110 days unopened before going stale or developing flatulence at best (think “skunky” smell).
And remember we are talking about LAGER- not ale. Bud Light , or any other commercial lager, would easily last a year- if kept at 50 degrees or colder.

And it hasn't been even 110 days since this bullshit started.

Budweiser has high standards for this in their sales contracts with customers. Most other beer manufacturers do not.

Budweiser has always retrieved all of their beers nearing expiration- so long as the beer has been kept refridgerated- another high standard requirement Budweiser has of their customers. Budweiser is the only beer delivered cold and requires it be left cold.

This is just business as usual for Budweiser and the cost of running an honest and quality business who does not discriminate!

Why do you ignore the fact that:

The ad person and her boss were fired.

Bud apologized and is now only airing videos of the beautiful Clydesdales.

Wake up, Gecko.

It's pretty simple.

Bud Light sold to the lowest denominator cracker.

The goobers are the ones who are going to be offended by certain things,
and they're the ones in a position to stop drinking Bud Light.

I don't think that those same ads and things would have impacted the sales of Guinness or Stella Artois.

The maga attack on Budweiser is one of the most childish things that I've ever seen. Have fun with this ridiculous shit.

I thought it would have blown over also but it hasn’t in fact some analysts are saying this might be the biggest disaster in the history of advertising

They forgot that their customer base wasn’t woke liberals but it was guys who want to drink beer on Sunday while watching the game

Yep, the same guys who claim they're macho men while they secretly cross-dress and solicit sex in men's rooms like Larry Craig and Randy McNalley.

I realize that REPUBLICANS raised a big STINK like they typically do, and that hurt ole Buddy wiser's sales of the past 30 days or so.

But, that has already passed and things are getting back to normal again for Budweiser.

OK, so they had a bad month! Whatever!

IT was a lot of MUCH-A-DO-ABOUT nothing just to learn that it's 5:00 SOMEWHERE- EVEN IN TRANNYLAND!

By the time summer starts, Budweiser will fully recover AND EVERYONE WILL LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER!
