They woke up that day, excited to think it was the first day of their last week of school. Little did they know it was to be their last day on Earth, their last day alive, or that they would never see their homes or their parents again.

Republicans prefer not to think of such things.

That this keeps happening over and over, and they do nothing because the big money NRA pays them to shut up and look the other way.

So instead of thinking about those poor little children, Republicans choose to block it out, just don't think of it, never consider that it will keep happening until something is done about it. There needs to be no automatic weapons. They have no place in society.

There needs to be a psych evaluation test before anybody can have a gun.

Both the TOP'S and Uvalde shooters telegraphed their intentions via the Internet then acted upon them just like Elliot Rodgers and other nutjobs have done.

Will the future bring a quicker reaction to stop the next terrorist or mass murderer? Shouldn't the police at least stop by to have a chat since that's clearly probable cause?

The problem, of course, is for law enforcement to become aware of the problem in a timely manner.
