Does Darthy believe that it is an impropriety for a prosecutor in a criminal case to be friendly with a cop in the case?
There is no conflict of interest. They are both pursuing justice for a criminal.

Mueller is not the judge...He is the prosecutor. So what if he knew his star witness before the case. No statute says anything about it. Cops and prosecutors are chummy in almost every district in America. It is an American tradition.

Comey is not a principal in the investigation. He is only a witness.

The crap there isn't.

Mueller, as a Superfluous Prosecutor, is supposed to be impartial. BY LAW, Mueller is supposed to be impartial. What if it turns out Mueller was complicit in the felony[!] leaks about the Russian investigation? What then? Will Mueller go after his good buddy?

It's amazing they can get away with this. Then again, maybe they won't.

he is a likely leaker -we know he already did.
That would make him subject to criminal investigation ( which won't happen under Meuller) if fed records act applied
also in a "he said she said" -whom do you think Meuller would believe?

If he broke any laws another prosecutor can file charges against Comey...
It doesn't need to be Mueller.
