Oh, you saw the word 'rationing' ... it is like Pavlov's dogs and a bell...except dogs have innate instincts, while right wingers run on pure emotion.

It is logical, practical, and pragmatic to alternate odd/even license-plate rationing to reduce hours-long lines at the pump and help stations hang on to their supplies a little longer.

And it is TEMPORARY... unlike your ignorance, which is permanent.
