The subpoena was for documents that had classified markings. It didn't matter if they were declassified or not. If they had markings and were not turned over then they they were in violation of the subpoena.
Claiming they were declassified doesn't change the failure to comply with a valid subpoena. Failing to comply with a subpoena is the crime of obstruction if done willfully.

And the documents weren't declassified. That's a total fabrication. And DOJ now has Kash Patel as a cooperating witness. So that route is closed off to Trump.

Because they had given time to clean up any classified documents first. What do you think would have happened if Biden had told them to pound sand.

Um yeah that is the reason they took Trump's passports . If they were declassified then they are no longer classified regardless what markings they had on them.

That didn't stop twump from lying about returning them, then claiming the FBI planted them, then when that didn't work, lying about declassifying them. Finally, after trying to get mango to return the docs he stole, they had to go get them. I wonder how many spies twump showed them to.

No he did NOT let the FBI search Maralardo. He instead lied about returning them. After almost a year of the Archives begging for them back, the FBI had to go get them.
