Well, ya actually got me questioning it, so I looked up the post, Yurtsie. Here's what you said:

Look at how that's phrased; better yet, go back & look at the context of it in the thread.

To try to argue that you aren't downplaying it, or that you're just "putting it out there" for the sake of information, is hopeless. It's so interesting that you keep calling me the liar.

wow...just wow...telling someone the fund will take years is down playing it? the way toppy was going off i thought he believed the money would be available immediately, in fact, he said i was full of shit that it would take years to fund - then i showed him the link and he shut up...

even at 5 billion a year that is better than 75 million and a hell of a lot better than two decades like exxon...i never said otherwise, and all you can do is desperately spin and lie about what you THINK i meant by it...
