No, they wouldn't be. His personal income tax forms would be separate from business tax returns. You would need the bank loan forms and other evidence from the bank(s) involved, not his tax returns. Arizona's ex-governor Fyfe Symington got busted like that and it wasn't his tax returns that did him in. In fact, his tax returns never came up.

Even if Trump is personally guaranteeing the loans. They wouldn't appear on his personal tax returns any more than any other loan--except mortgage--would as it would be neither tax deductible or considered income.

Trump broke no law. You can't call a grand jury on no charges or to demand evidence. Trump does not have to release his tax information to anyone except the tax departments. They do not have to release any information (and can't) without violating privacy laws.

If a bank wants to make a loan to him, that's their business. Not yours. If they want to claim there is fraudulent information on the loan application (not likely, Trump is a successful real estate developer), that's the bank's beef, not yours. No crime.
