here is the thing, if you truly are great, you don't need to constantly say those things about yourself. It's way to self congratulatory and reeks of insecurity. It holds the same pathetic-ness as wishing yourself a happy birthday as a future president.
 
Sadly, I get the impression our merry band of message board Trumptards are not sophisticated people, nor have they held a job higher in responsibility and career achievement than, say, Taco Bell assistant manager.

What Clinton said was obviously tongue in cheek. Sophisticated people, successful people routinely use a mix of self deprecation, modesty, tongue in cheek bravado, and the universe of rhetoric in between. Successful people know how to walk that fine line, and balance it all. Hillary Clinton has it in spades, so does Barack Obama. It pains me to say this, but Ronnie Raygun also had it.

People who don't have it because they are inherently obnoxious, vain, and self-absorbed: Donald J. Drumpf, Sarah Palin, Rush Limbaugh, and Ted Nugent.

I wouldn't know what type Trumptards are, I can't stand the guy, never could. But you obviously didn't watch the vid of hrc. It was not tongue in cheek. She really was comparing herself to Wonder Woman.
But keep believing that it was tongue in cheek if you want. It's one more example of why Trump is president. Dims just will not face the reality of what they nominated.
