Does it matter? The lockdowns affected people of all races. It's not like white and Asian kids didn't fall behind academically and socially during lockdowns and only black and Hispanic kids did.

Behind socially? ... that started a decade ago with the phones. Heck, the argument probably started online.

A "brawl"? ... probably a scuffle. Normal behavior for teenage boys. No one shot or stabbed, ... I chalk it up as a win/win.
