Bravo Sec. Kerry

I gave you two links, how many more do you need? He has been called an anti Semite because of it.

and yet neither stated that he was suggesting the US would sanction Israel. In fact your second link went out of the way to clarify that he was not suggesting sanctioning Israel. Which is why I asked you to link to his comments saying he would. Because neither of your links stated that.

as for his being called anti semite... amazing how fast those types of accusations are tossed around by those wanting to demean those who dare hold another opinion.

First link mentioned a boycott, which is a far cry from sanctions.

To the point of this thread, I agree. This is a giant step forward. It's about time Israel is forced to play by the same terms they wish to impose on Palestine.

My mistake, I was reading several articles on the issue

No worries. I read the second link you offered, and there was casual mention of sanctions. In fact, Kerry's comments about not being ready to use sanctions was genius. The 'S' word has never been heard by Israel before.

I think our new status as net oil exporter in this country, will allow us to rethink our Mid East policy in general.

It mentioned a boycott, it did not say the US would participate in any way. Which was to her point. Kerry simply talked about the demands for sanctions/boycott growing around the world... which was then clarified quickly to state that in no way did Kerry mean the US was going down that road.

That is pure nonsense.

Where is this nation of Palestine? I can't find it on ANY maps.
