The whole stuttering thing is just an excuse . I have watched Biden for decades. He clearly in accelerated mental decline. Just watch videos of him 10 years ago and videos now. He has had rwo brain surgeries and has altered blood supply to his brain. It's likely catching up with him as his brain ages.

If you cannot make a more intelligent, adult insult than that crap...you really ought not to make any insults at all. Your insults all backfire on you.

I have no idea of how old you are, but suggesting physical challenges to an 86 year old person is a poor idea. Even someone drop-dead stupid should know that. But you...ahhh...

Anyway, my guess is I do more physical exercise each day than you do...and certainly more intellectual exercise.
