Bought gas today, $2.90

Hey neighbor! Smart man!

And at Costco, you got the best selection of Coffee Beans in town!

I wonder if Kroger's is going to win their Anti-Trust challenge and acquire Tom Thumb?

You may not have to drive so far, if they do!
The Kroger grocery stare is just around the corner also their gas station is 12 mile round trip Tom Thumb is farther away than Kroger's groceries an. Tom Thumbs has a nicer store though. I also have a Whole Foods a couple of miles away.

H.E.B. is finally coming to Dallas! That's great Competition for Kroger's! I love that store! I bet they will have a credit card/gas card and compete with Krogers and Walmart head on!

Let the Price wars begin!
I hope Kroger's does not acquire Tom Thumb. I like a little more diversity in the Food stores. Whole Foods is own by HEB and is very good. But pricey

What everybody here doesn’t get is that now that we have unprecedented sanctions against Russia and the plan is to supposedly cut them off from the world market , there is no reason to suppress oil and gas production in the U.S. Brandon practically begged Putin to increase production before his war in Ukraine.
Brandon really miscalculated in his war against domestic energy production.

Although Sheet's has this weekend's price of $1.99, it's still $3.79 (some places higher) everywhere else

Yes, Whole Foods and Sprouts are a little pricey, but like you said, you find things there not available with the larger chain grocers.

But then, City Market is totally for Rich Snobs that will spend $54 for a package of 5 Hot Links or $7 for just a standard can of Del Monte corn! I mean, My parents weren't rich, but they didn't raise no fools either!

Personally, I favor Costco, but the closest one to me is in Rockwall, the next County over.

I'm thinking you may live in Plano, Frisco, or Allen! Just a guess!

Why do you favor one store over another? You're a socialist!
