May comes before August. You get that right? So what did President Biden ask the National Archives and the FBI to do? He asked them to retrieve Presidential records. What doesn't the ruling mention. A SEARCH WARRANT. Because the request was not an order, and it did not specify or ask about the means by which that would occur, and the search warrant wasn't even contemplated at that point. That was BEFORE the court issued the subpoena.
But it's very simple. Trump had Presidential records He was asked to return them. He failed to do so. He was SUBPOENED to return them. He failed to do so and lied about their existence. When the FBI became aware that Trump still had those records and was lying, what exactly did you think the FBI was going to do? Ask 'pretty please with sugar on top'?

No, he was not. He simply informed the National Archives that he was not exerting Executive Privilege over those documents and asking that they be returned to the National Archive. That is not directing the FBI to target anyone, and you have no evidence that he directed the FBI to target Trump BECAUSE HE DIDN'T DO THAT. No President, other than Trump, ever HAS directed the FBI.

1. The January 6th committee requested documents from the National Archive. Trump attempted to exert Executive Privilege over those documents, and President Biden rejected that claim and the records were turned over to the committee.
2. Trump removed documents from the White House that did not belong to him. The National Archive requested the return of those documents. Some were turned over. Many were not. Then a Grand Jury subpoena was issued for those documents. Trump again returned some and hid the rest. Finally the FBI was left with no choice but to seize them.
THERE IS ZERO EVIDENCE that Biden was involved in any way, shape or form with the second item, but you are so fucking stupid you can't tell them apart.

The following day White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters that the Biden White House learned of the raid in the news.
Judge Cannon also ‘temporarily enjoins’ or forbids the Biden regime from ‘reviewing and using the seized materials’ pending the completion of the review.

On pages 2-3 of the ruling Judge Cannon revealed that it was JOE BIDEN who ordered the FBI access to the Mar-a-Lago documents and President Trump’s personal belongings.
