a) If that were true why is there no prosecution pending?

b) "Incapable"? Your word? The news I've gotten of it, including those of HRC, are that she could have, but didn't.

She was wrong.
She admitted it.

But even if so, that does not NECESSARILY explain it. It could also be for legitimate reason.

I don't know what the statute of limitations is on such national security issues; but I imagine HRC will still be eligible for prosecution once President Trump has his Attorney General in office.

So what will your excuse be then, when whichever Trump AG nominee passes vetting (if any), and HRC remains not prosecuted?
