That would have been ideal.... but we are now out of time. The two sides are too far apart. Thus, there is no choice unless one/both sides suddenly changes their position this weekend.

Show me his plan, Jarod. He's simply saying he's negotiating while making demands that he is unwilling to compromise on and never taking a true stand. I've never seen an Administration more married to deniability. He doesn't want to take a stand, show his cards, somebody may hold him to something like that. He's provided trial balloons and excuses while attempting to blame rich people for all our problems without regard to his own ineffective and dangerous policy that will absolutely lower our credit rating at a time where we need to show we are absolutely going to pay our debt.

There is only one way proposed that will show we will absolutely do that, and it is the one your party is against.
 
Obama is only crying because he wants more money to spend.

Boehner will turn into a wet noodle and fold. We need someone with large onions to put an end to the control of progressive spending.

He already has. His plan includes an assumed 7% growth in government spending each year.

So I'm reading what all the locals are saying and of course they are ripping on the Republicans but this is San Francisco and that is to be expected. Does this in any way help the Republicans not even being able to pass their own bill? I'm having a hard time seeing how it does but it is possible of course I am overlooking something.
 
Maybe we should wait on Reid or Obama to present a bill so we can turn around and say it is dead on arrival.

Boehner needs to give it a rest and stop trying to subcom to these libs. They are only going to try and humiliate the republicans over anything that they try to pass.

At the present time they are just baiting Boehner so they will have something to run on. The liberal media is right behind them. They will use fear and scare all the old people to get their way. These liberal clowns will shut down the government like a bunch of spoiled brats who always get their way when throwing tantrums. I say that if they shut it down then the Republicans should hold their ground and not cave in. In time everyone will see that their lives will nt be effected if Pelosi doesn't get funding to do research for a bunch of field mice etc etc.


And on a side note McCain should jump ship and go over to the dark side with the rest of the libtards.
 
According to Rush Linberger, Bohner has agreed to keep the Presidnets plan secret because it will assist in negotiations.

I was listening, he said that Reid, McConnell and Boehner have a "secret plan", not Obama.

Obama doesn't have a plan, all he has are speeches and an interest in promising tax increases that Reid already said won't be there.
