White House says Bo didn't come with first family to Hawaii

There's a flurry of reports in the blogosphere today on whether first dog Bo was flown back from Hawaii to the nation's capital for a photo op after President Barack Obama and Bo appeared Wednesday at a store in Alexandria, Va.

Scott Miscovich, who lives down the street from the Obama vacation rental home on Kailuana Place told the Star-Advertiser Sunday, "My wife saw Michelle and the kids passing by and we've seen Bo (the Obamas' dog) walking."

A White House spokesman told the Star-Advertiser that Bo did not travel to Hawaii with the first lady and daughters Malia and Sasha.

This afternoon, Miscovich released the following statement:"It is now clear my wife saw another black dog walking our neighborhood. We would like to apologize to Bo and the Obama family for any inconvenience this may have caused them. We would also like to wish them a peaceful and Merry Christmas."

While the president's family flew to Hawaii for their annual holiday vacation, Obama stayed behind to negotiate with Republican lawmakers to keep payroll taxes from going up in the new year. So Obama, with Bo in tow, squeezed in time Wednesday to hit a couple stores in the Virginia suburb before picking up pizza for lunch.

Does this White House really think we're that gullible!?!

Clearly this man Miscovich was forced to recant his wife's story!

This is Chicago politics, union thuggery, crony capitalism and Muslim socialism at it's worst!!

It all began with yet another broken campaign promise by their Dreamboat candidate that the Media couldn't forget fast enough:

"Although there are plenty of people who have fallen in love with Bo, President Obama's new Portuguese Water Dog, there are others who aren't that happy. (If you aren't up to speed yet on the president's new dog).

Count Dr. Jana Kohl in the not-happy group. She and many other animal welfare activists feel betrayed by President Obama's decision to renege on a campaign promise to adopt a dog from a shelter or rescue center.

But to Kohl it's personal, because she featured the president in a book to promote adoption rather than the purchase of dogs through breeders.

One of [the] politicians that agreed to meet with her was then-Senator Obama. Touched by Baby's story, he then agreed to a photoshoot and, according to a press release promoting her book, pledged to Kohl that when he brought a dog home for his family, it would be a rescue dog – not one from a breeder.

Dog magazine's Ryan O'Meara says this is just more of the same. "When he was resoundingly elected to office we were promised change. But, it seems, true to type the new American president is a politician at heart so should we really have expected anything different?"

O.k. Class, substitute Palin/Gingrich/Cain for Obama and compare and contrast Media coverage/interest...

L.A. Times:

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is once again targeting the Obama administration, leveling a critical glare at the official White House holiday greeting card for not emphasizing Christmas.

The card, seen above, was created for the Obama family by L.A. artist and designer Mark Matuszak. It features an image of Bo, the Obama family dog, in front of a fireplace in the White House library with a poinsettia and other decorations. The card, which makes no direct mention of Christmas and doesn't feature a Christmas tree, states: "From our family to yours, may your holidays shine with the light of the season."

Palin told Fox News that she found it "odd" that the card emphasizes the dog instead of traditions like "family, faith and freedom." She also said that Americans are able to appreciate "American foundational values illustrated and displayed on Christmas cards and on a Christmas tree."

Sarah Palin is correct!!

Does this look like a dog who doesn't have his own plane?!?

Here is the smoking gun!

The Daily Mail confirms the cover-up!!

The Obamas have given a personal insight into their lives with Michelle revealing that she wants to be reincarnated as her dog Bo and the President admitting that he's lazy and lies.

Mr Obama and the First Lady were interviewed by ABC News' Barbara Walters for a 20/20 holiday special to be aired tonight.

The First Lady said that if she were to die and come back as any person or thing, she would pick the First Dog, Bo.

‘He’s got a great life,’ Mrs Obama said of the three-year-old black and white dog. ‘He’s got it good.’

The Portuguese water dog does indeed have it good. On Wednesday, he got $41 worth of gifts from PetSmart and there is also speculation that Bo was flown to Hawaii for the Obama’s family vacation.
