What you're saying is that things that don't get recorded didn't happen. Furthermore, you're absurdly denying that law enforcement and the justice system don't disproportionately target minorities. Tell that to anyone in your personal life unfortunate enough to know you.

Looting has happened in nearly every incidence like that. When a town floods, people scream about food and things being looted.
Food is no good if it is allowed to flood. Electronics get broken underwater. The right thing to do must be to allow food to go bad while a flood wrecks people's homes and the food they have. Watch it rot in the name of the law.
