I agree with you although it does remind me of VP Joe Biden making the "they will put y'all back in chains" remark to a black audience regarding Republicans and the financial markets.

It was a mixed audience according to this article.

"Campaigning in southern Virginia on Tuesday, Vice President Biden told an audience that Mitt Romney's approach to regulating the financial industry will "put y'all back in chains," a remark that triggered a flurry of Republican criticism, including a sharp rebuke from the presumptive GOP presidential nominee.

"Look at their budget and what they're proposing," Biden said. "Romney wants to let the - he said in the first hundred days, he is going to let the big banks once again write their own rules. Unchain Wall Street. They are going to put y'all back in chains."

Biden made the comments at the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research in Danville, where he kicked off a two-day campaign tour of southern and southwestern Virginia. He spoke before what appeared to be a racially varied audience of 900 people, and one prominent Republican suggested that his language could be interpreted as racially divisive."

Here's a CBS headline:

Biden tells African-American audience GOP ticket would put them "back in chains"

Hard to know what to believe. The headline makes it seem the entire audience was African-American yet the first sentence says the audience was diverse.

"Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday told a diverse crowd here, including many African-Americans, that presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney would "put you all back in chains" by unshackling Wall Street."

Say it was 50% black. Why make that specific reference?

That's not what he asked. Your buddy TDAK has flat out said he feels they are inferior by the basis of being black. He asked if you feel the same way.

The question mark after the sentence about great achievers means it was a question. Before I can answer I need to know if benefiting from affirmative action is viewed as an achievement.

AA was created to stop Socialist Democrat, Gov't Unions from barring Blacks and minorities from working.

Is your premise that you believe Blacks are subhuman? That even the greatest Black achievers (president, astronauts, physicists, billionaires, etc.) are your inferior?

A simple yes or not would suffice.

AA has nothing to do with being able to answer the question BigDog asked.

It does when a question about achievement involves one of the groups that benefits from AA.

If someone achieves because they were given a head start based on AA, does that really mean they achieved?

Place the average person 50m ahead of a world class sprinter in a 110m race and the average person will get to the finish line first. Does that mean they achieved someone or are faster?

AA has nothing to do with that. Pretty clear you lean towards answering yes but are looking for another way to say it.

If the supposed achievement is a result of being given an advantage through AA, it's not an achievement. Someone that benefits from AA is automatically inferior to those that achieve the same thing without it. White males don't achieve through affirmative action. You figure out what that means.

Pretty clear you think someone winning with a sizable head start means they actually did something on their own.

So you think there was no black achievement prior to AA?

As bad as he is at least TDAK straight up says he thinks they are inferior. You think it but won't say it.

Then why does AA need to be in place if blacks achieved without it?

I already said that anyone relying on AA is inferior simply for that reason. If they weren't, why would they need to have it applied on their behalf? As I also said, white males don't benefit from it. Many other groups do though using characteristics that if used to deny would be considered wrong by the same ones that believe using those characteristics to benefit is perfectly OK.
