We could raise the Minimum Wage?
Or people that have such a low skill set the only thing they can get is the minimum, many of which don't deserve that based on what they offer, could better themselves and EARN more.
If you're an adult and the only job you can get pays the minimum wage, which BTW is set by the government without regard to the person actually offers in the way of skills, the problem is with the person not the one paying that person. Remember, even if the minimum goes up and someone still gets the minimum, it doesn't change that they're offering very little in the way of what they can do.
Why is it that those the offer the least in the way of skills demand the most?

Do you or have you noticed that most of the Manufacturing jobs have been moved Offshore or have been automated? Are you aware that Automation is in the Future for all of us? More and more people will be replaced by Machines. If all the displaced Workers became Dentists, would that solve the Problem?

If those that constantly demand someone else do for them what they refuse to do for themselves would quit whining and start doing, that would solve the problem.
If all you bleeding hearts that claimed to care for them would actually personally do to the level of your claims, that would solve the problem.
