During Covid, there were many industries that shut down because they couldn't ride out the storm. Ironically, billions of Fed. spending was stolen by people who didn't need the money, but couldn't resist the ease at which is was obtained. Tom Brady comes to mind.

Refineries shut down for the same reason. Some permanently. Those you improperly assign to Biden, were either teetering on the edge before Covid, or were cited for numerous pollution issues. You might not care about the latter, but if it was your water that was destroyed, you would understand.

Because the industry is more focused on paying dividends instead of investing profits, they are having trouble getting funding to resume operations now that demand has spiked post Covid.

Couple that with a refusal to step up crude production.

Can you name the refineries that Biden shut down, and why? I can't seem to find them when I search.

Lol so you admit that the Democrats destroyed the energy sector, because it was they who unnecessarily and artificially shut down the economies of blue cities and states.

He didn't personally shut down refineries he levied a $50 per ton.cost of carbon tax without Congressional approval because he's an authoritarian pos who rules by decree.

That all started with Biden. Trump tried to keep refineries open that where closing like one in Pennsylvania. Biden didn't give a shit and it's gone now. Trump gave waivers on ethanol blending to get more oil production, Biden's done the opposite.
